Since established in 1985, Piece Management Inc. has championed facility maintenance resulting in our evolution into a diverse commercial renovation and construction firm. In 2013 Piece Management, Inc. became an employee owned (ESOP) company.

While continuing to accommodate our existing commercial facility clients, we also welcome new renovation and construction projects. With our staff’s years of experience, PMI has prided itself by becoming a leading construction and renovation firm.
Our In-house Millwork Shop
PMI currently boasts the ability to fabricate millwork for our growing list of clients through our in-house millwork shop. This capability enables our firm to be extremely competitive and can ensure timely scheduling by eliminating normally long lead times for many items.
Twenty-four (24) Hour Staff Availability
As a result of our current resume, PMI understands the many sensitivities of the service / retail industry. We accommodate all of our clients’ scheduling needs as a result of twenty-four (24) hour staff availability. We give our clients undivided personal attention to ensure that we gain their satisfaction and repeat business.
